He was starving, just skin and bones. He has a mangled foot

As you can see Dexter has no meat on his bones, due to mal nutrition, he has a mange condition evident on his sides
as large pink patches. This is also due to malnutrition.

Dexter has the potential to be a beautiful long legged dog,
his personality is sweet as can be. He needs your help.
We almost cried when we first saw Dexter. No animal deserves to be this thin and undernorished and unloved.
As if things for Dexter were not bad enough just look at the foot. It appears that something mangled his foot and broke his toe. It is now sticking out at a dangerous angle
impeading his ability to walk or run comfortably.
