Step one-

Mail your application form to Pals for Paws, along with your payment for spay/neuter.

 Rabies payment for vaccination, if you don't have a certificate of vaccination.

 Pals, in turn, will notify Animal Care that you are a  Pals for Paws spay/neuter patient.

 Step two- 

After hearing that we have your application, is to call Animal Care for an appointment   

 636-5040.  Tell them that you are going through Pals for Paws .

 Step three-

Take your animal into Animal Care between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning.  The animal should not have any food or water after 10:00 the night before or morning of the surgery.

 Step four– 

 All animals must be picked up by 5:00.

 Step five –

 Keep your animal inside and quiet for several days while healing 

 Step six–

 Give your animal lots of tender loving care.

 ** Call Animal Care if  there is any unusual swelling or discharge or the animal seems to be in extreme distress.
